We liaised remotely, and it was very easy. Unfortunately this year, we had a long unnoticed slow leak in our utility room, requiring the floor and cupboards to be taken up and replaced. Once again Mike piper to the rescue. Efficient, helpful and willing to work with us, the estate agents, the insurance, and work around our less than helpful tenants. Great team.
